The past couple of years have been really hard for volunteers. All the important and fun things you normally would do within your group, became hard, less fun or possibly entirely impossible to deliver.
How do you restart? How do you navigate past the uncertainty? You can and you will.
Ignite the Engaged was born as an answer to a question: How do we make meetings better?
Most things that happen in a community, occur when a group of like-minded people get together to get something done.
Whether it be a local chapter of a national organization or a start-up group that comes together to create a solution for a single problem, volunteers generally get most things done.
Volunteers are solution finders. They are change makers. They are fun generators. They are the heart of wherever they are.
But sometimes, volunteers get tripped up. Bad meetings or meeting dynamics, ultimately leads to the loss of members. Loss of members eventually means the group - and all of its great intention - fades away.
Large organizations can afford training sessions to reboot their dynamic. Small, often volunteer based groups cannot.
Ignite the Engaged has been created to solve that problem. All the guided, interactive discussion without the cost.
